SHOPPER’S VEST - 9500

We have increased the size range on this fabulous pattern. It is now sized from XS to 3XL plus it has even better written guide sheets with more illustrations. The reversible vest has up to 10 pockets, allowing for hands-free, purse-free mobility and convenience for shopping or traveling. Create a one-of-a-kind garment with safe places for your cash, shopping list, travel documents, comb and lipstick, passport, maps, sketchbook and pen.

Side 1 has in-seam pockets and is the blank canvas for your creativity. Machine embroidery, quilting, patchwork, paint, foiling or collage would be great choices.

Side 2 has a selection of up to 8 pockets, two with zippers, some with hook and loop closures and one zipper pocket on the back large enough for a map. Piping may be added between the two sides for a nice design detail.

Fabrics (light to medium weight fabrics): Japanese kimono fabrics, rayon, cotton, denim, silk noil and wool. Avoid knits and stiff fabrics. Very light weight fabrics may require a soft and supple fusible backing for stability. No allowance has been made for matching plaids.
